As a PCD member, you are guaranteed at least 25% off of our standard fee schedule. We can help you with enrollment at your first visit.

Many patients choose to use PCD instead of their insurance if they have high deductibles, in conjunction with their health insurance (your insurance sets an annual limit on visits), or if they want to use it for maintenance care including their spouse and children up to age 26.
